lets talk about RM for a minute
RM reps are a$$holes too!!!!. especially when it comes to written off accounts. they don't want to help. all they want to do is refer the customer to the outside collection agency 🙄 the least they could do is try to help!!!!. and then they call us if a customer has a dispute on their bill, I know that we handle billing disputes, but RM won't even try to discuss it, just transfer to customer care. what is the use of them....they remind me of a collection agency , just worried about taking payments. surprise surprise

Listen, I am fed up with Startek reps who have the RM project. 👿 They are absolute morons. You mean to tell me that they will cold trans to Care for a contract end date? How stupid can one be? I do hope that its laziness not stupidity.

I love calling RM .... giving them all the info on a partial payment (amount/method of payment, vid the account) .... and they still ask how can i help you, to the customer

I had to call RM seven times, basically I was Rep. Shopping -- looking for a Rep. that would actually do their job and help me by submitting an e-mail to update the customer's balance with an outside collections agency after I made an adjustment to the customer's balance due which lowered his written-off amount. They can be mean sometimes.
