SST Rep's that sit on the line and listen

I just had a call and at the end of the call when the customer hung-up I heard a recording come on saying, "your original caller . . . " THAT REALLY PISSES ME OFF, when other rep's stay on the line and listen in on my call and at the same time they are doing call avoidance.

Honestly i want to start a petition, dont they have to listen if EVERY REP (and i am confident when i say every rep) signed it?? i mean common, this is getting ridiculous.

I Totally agree with you Clytemnestra about the petetion, i had suggested the same thing. But whos going to sign it cause people won't want to get in trouble for signing it.. but i would do it if it came to me 😁

I would sign it. Almost all of your calls are generally from sst right so get their awid and before they xfer the call ask if they will be staying on the line. Tell them that it is policy to tell us if they are staying on

i think we should all stop crying about the sst , they are only doing there job as best they can, and we as reps should try to understand this and assist the ssst as best we can and stop being so cynical of them, god bless the sst reps and all the hard work they do, i for one look forward to talking to you every freaking time the phone beeps in my ear i can know for sure it is going to be one you outstanding sst reps, i want to give you a pat on the back for the hard work your doing!!!

I get those same SST reps doing this at least twice per shift and if any of you SST reps are out there reading this then you can go directly to HELL, do not pass GO, do not collect $200.00, go straight to HELL!!!

whats the big deal... they have a vehicle to take a break without using aftercall...or opening an outside line... you dont... a small pang of jealousy perhaps?

mebbe their training or knowledge is lacking and they are trying to improve themselves...

I dont give a rats @$$ who listens to my call...
