I am really not surprised that the same 12 or so people are always on here. It seems these people don't have lives.
Try going outside once in awhile. There are millions of cell customers out there, but it's always the same people on here.
I think the reason you guys are always on here is, because nobody in your private lives cares to listen to you. Besides that, most of you, don't have the facts or just make up the facts as you see fit.
I was an ATTW customer at one time, and I can see why ATTW can't stand on their own anymore. ATTWS quality has been going down hill for years now. The worst thing ATTWS ever did, was split from the mother company. The "mother company" is doing quite well. They dropped the "dead weight" (ATTWS) ...

Looking over your post again, I ask you this, what infromation do you think we're giving thats not factual? Most of these '12' people are EMPLOYEES of AT&T Wireless, if you were so bright to notice, and they take a look at this website during lulls in calls.

If you had any idea what you were talking about someone might take you a bit more serious, oh my you used to be a customer, that does not mean you know anything about AWS, it only means you may have had one bad experience with Customer Care, You are one person out of many who come here, and more people have started coming to ATTWS then leaving, I have had 23 people come to AWS today on shift and only 2 leave, what's that mean, people are learing we are a superior company, so if you dont like the forum, hit the back button and go elsewhere
