I wouldnt post from work. I do read them though if I have to wait for a division or customer that is taking a long time and I cant go further in the call. I love RM reps. Some are assholes and bitch when you call them, with a legite reason. While others if you are just calling to check a policy by them they want the call. Very friendly 😁 and never a hold time.
