They say that the devil is in the detail and to always read the small print. Well, if your ISP happens to be Verizon and you’re on the EVDO Wireless Data Service, this is great advice. Read their Terms of Service and you will see; P2P is banned, as are streaming services such as YouTube. And the ‘Unlimited’ transfers you were paying for? Forget those too, 5gig a month is the limit.

This is not new news thats why anyone who is serious about data chooses Sprint...hellooooooooo can you hear me now? verizon is for old people who are not in the know/ down like OPP.

My understanding is that while it has been known Verizon has lied about 'unlimited' service, that the limit was not official.

It now appears in their TOS, though I'm not sure how long it has been there, and it is relatively new.

It has been in the TOS for quite some time. Does bashing one of the best run companies in America give you a hard on? Do you have a scret crush on Stan and that is why you troll on the VZW pages, in hopes that Stan will see your postings and ask you to be his mini-me? Come on now, why post this BS, when it is known and in print for anyone to read? Really almost no one cares about this.
