I already know I'm getting this phone later this week......, but I was looking at some unboxing photos for this phone and didn't notice a belt clip or anything. I always thought it was kinda nice of VZW put include the little belt clips in with the phones. Did I miss something here or am I going to have to buy a clip for this phone?? 😕

Belt clips havent been coming with phones (besides PDAs smartphones and BlackBerrys) for a while. My 8910 came with one, but that may have been the last phone to come with a clip. but it was horrible quality anyway. they spring popped and the whole thing fell apart and cracked.

plus it's lame to wear your phone on a clip.

lame? is a matter of choice in my opinion. to some people is actually a convenience. I just keep my phone in my purse. With the 9800(the phone I currently have), verizon didn't have a belt clip (that I'm aware of), I had to get a horrible looking black leather pouch/case for my phone from them. Maybe EBAY will have a clip for the 9900, you never know what you can find on that place lol

Besides a pouch, there is also a belt clip available through Verizon for both the 9900 and the 9800. Just look under accessories on their website.

I feel totally the opposite. I hate keeping my phone in my pocket and I love holster phone. I do hate the pouches (they make it look like a fanny pack 😛 ) Like I said i was using the included 8910 clip until it fell apart about 1 year after using it. I actually bought a RAZR leather clip (the ones that look like theyre hugging the phone) and it fits my 8910.
