No we don't. What makes you think you can say whatever you want? There are limits to anything. Freedom of speech has limits. UNFORTUNATELY the owners of this website do not have anything listed in their TOS prohibiting people from constantly complaining all day long. In other words, you may bash VZW all you want, just don't call the person out for doing that because then you are directing a post towards an individual...which is against TOS. But it is their website and they can moderate it in any way they deem acceptable.
