About 100 times better. Welcome aboard, I'm certain you'll find a huge difference in your service 😎

customer service is better and so is indoor signal

I disagree with both your points.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE, especially at the retail level on the numerous stores I have been to.

And indoor signal is HORRIBLE. I live outside of you Houston and if I have a 20 minute conversation inside my house, I drop the call about 4 Times.

My sister had a T-Mobile phone she was using and got perfect service. Though for my region, T-Mobile was ranked higher in coverage.

But yeah, welcome aboard, I can't wait to leave.

Well my roommate has sprint and loses signal a lot in our house which is in a very populated area near NYC. My phone however always have full bars with EV-DO. He is switching over actually because of it. I've always had weird signal issues back when I had sprint.

Well I guess its a region thing because down here I have never had anybars with EVDO, even as we speak. I have had two phones without ever having EVDO any bars let alone full.

But then again its all about what region of the US you live in, not all coverage is the same.

Sprint phones are ugly... there is nothing appealing in their lineup...

I say it depends on the phone too, some phones that Verizon sells doesn't do the network justice.

Whoops, Sprint will be getting the KRZR soon. Didn't have to switch.

P.S. Doesn't Sprint have a higher frequency, thus clearer calls (though this frequency has trouble going through walls)?

Carrier frequency, 850Mhz or 1900Mhz, has absolutely nothing to do with how clear the call is.

yep 1900 blows indoors that was the only reason i bailed on sprint, hella cool phones but i don't want to worry if my phone has a signal while in my pocket, back to verizon i went.

Huh, where I live is 1900 with VZW and never had trouble indoors, not Walmart, Publix, Lowes, nowhere, I think that it might just depend on the particular area you live.

must be i wanted nothing more than to stay with sprint, its crazy all the differences per area, but my point is, and please correct me if im wrong.. sprint is only relying on a single bad, where verizon has another one it can fall back on? i really dont know how that works except verizon has cellular and a pcs band right?

Yes Verizon uses 800 and 1900, however they dont generally overlap, for instance where I live there is only 1900 mhz and not the 800, it might vary by market but that is how it is in my state

Hate to inform you but 49% of verizons towers are 1900!! And they wish they had all of them that way as they are experincing a full network on their 800 ones. Still a awsome network.

It's usually personal opinion and where you live. In AZ, it is hit or miss with just about any company. I've had alltel, verizon, t-mobile, sprint and a boost phone.

My Verzion was the worst for dropped calls and bad customer service, didn't really like the service from alltel, t-moblie was great customer service but lacked coverage, boost is just expensive, and sprint has given me the best coverage here.

That is how it worked for me. You could ask 100 different people in AZ and get 100 different answers.

Now remember, this was my PERSONAL experience. I'm not saying anything bad about any company here, just giving my experience. Things have changed at all these companies in the last couple of years.

Try it out, if it wo...

No! 🤣 I have found Sprint to be just as good as verizon with voice, and the calls are much more clear! Powervision is great and their phones are fantastic.
