Samsung a795 sim card question
I know this phone is locked in gsm mode overseas. I tried my cingular sim card already and didnt work. Will this phone accept regular vodaphone Uk sim cards, or just the verizon/vodaphone sims. Thanks

phone will only work over seas since it only has the frequencies for europe.it doesnt have 1900 and 850 american gsm frequencies.as for accepting vodaphone uk sim cards, may not since from what i have read,phone is locked to sim card that comes with it.

Ok Not one person remotely answered my question. IT was not how can i use the phone in the US, but in the UK. I know from using a cingular card the phone was locked. However the phone came with a vodaphone Sim card, with very tine verizonwireless on the top. My only question to the group is: cna a regular vodaphone SIM FROM THE UK work in the phone while in the UK. Has anyone tried using the Global phone this way. thanks
