Unless that changed recently, at least the Merrillville Indiana location at US 30 & Merrillville Rd, they only do early upgrades on $59.99 and higher plans, if a phone has been replaced at least 3 times, and willing to sign a 2 year contract. I do remember there was supposed to be a change in that, but I thought that wasn't taking effect until fall.

here in ohio its still 59.99 plan, and 1 year into 2 year contract. just did upgrade last month. im in the football hof city.

You have to be on a $59.99 plan or higher in order to do an "early upgrade" if your not on a $59.99+ rate plan then you have to wait 22 months into your 24 month agreement.

if you are a merits customer 59.99 plus plan for the last three months you can do an early upgrade after 1yr. it will cost you whatever promotional price plus a 20 dollar esn change fee. be warned you will lose your ne2 credit (up to 100 dollars) plus you will need to sign a 2yr agreement at the point of sale. if you are a secondary line or under 59.99 you have to wait til 2 months prior to your original contract end date. ne2 only applies to primary lines above 34.99 on a 2yr service plan

thanks for catching that. I say this stuff so much every now and then it starts to crossover. merits is 79.99 but you can do an early upgrade at 59.99

sorry but your primary line would have to be at 59.99 not the whole price of the family share
