I bought mine this morning, too. Confirmation page said the phone would ship in 2-5 business days. that is contrary to what i've been hearing. i thought i wouldn't be able to have this phone in my hands until Aug. 7. Hopefully I can beat that date. Does anyone know anything different about the shipping issue?

I don't know why everyone thinks that if they order now they won't ship until Aug. 7th! That is completely untrue. The Aug. 7th date is when they will be for sale IN THE STORES. When a new phone is launched it almost always is available online first, then in stores. You WILL have it within 2-5 business days.
