Ok, no joke, some customers are so hard headed.
I jsut had a lady come in that has come in every month for the past 3 in a row when she gets her bill.
3 months ago when she fist came in mad her bill was $250, she was on the 59.99 fam shared plan for 500 minutes, her daughter had just gotten out of shool and started using the phoen all day long, I advised her to change it then to the $109 plan to cover her daughter. Ofcourse she didnt becasue it is "$50 more expensive", she just wanted me to take the charges off (which I didnt).
2 months ago came in mad with her new bill for $750 becasue of her 12 year old daughter was still talking on the phone too much, once again advised her to change the plan to avoid future overages, ofcourse she refused becasue she wasnt going to go over again...

You aint kidding. I get people like that all the time. It's like when you run your water bill up do you call the company and complain and ask them to refund you for the water you used.

A camera phone with Get it Now would be the equivalent deadly weapon these days. When i was a kid I called a 'scary story' 900 number after watching Tales from the Crypt once. It only totaled about 4 dollars but when my parents got the bill I got smacked so hard I couldn't see straight for an hour. I never called a 900 number again, no block required.

I love people that call in saying that they didn't go over there minutes and never txt message (went over min by 1000 and sent 2500 txt msgs) then scream fraud and when i tell them the date and time they go oh yeah and then ask if i can refund them any of it cause it was our fault for not telling them they were over threaten to sue and scream at me for 45min while my bonus flys out the window and i tell them "well i apolagize there is nothing i can do for you because i am showing them as valad charges" and offer a new plan.............
