half hour to 45 minute hold times
In other words, the call centers are overwhelmed with calls because of Wal-marts' cash and carry policy.
So Wal-Mart might not hurt MY STORE in sales per say...but because I now have to wait forever on hold because of them...it is, in a round about way, affecting my sales. So in other words, I have wait on hold helping customers because Walmart won't help theirs...
Doesn't make sense does it?
People look for the best deal on everything. When they see they buy it...Those customers never research anything or realize that it is going to create themselves more headache becasue the Wal-Mart salesperson is not trained to anything. I am surprised that they can even get the phone activated...whatever...
I gladly pay more for backend service than spur of the moment cheapness.
That dialing 800-922-0204 numbers is for the birds too...
Wish we could get the other number back instead of the automated menu bs...
Funny thing I usually get ELGIN since I am right here in Chicago. All my calls see to be hitting DUBLIN this week.
I thought there were seperate & exclusive numbers for Indirect Agents, National Retailers, and Direct stores. Seems like something major is going down with cs.
I hope they didn't cutback or close call centers.
