alright, i have a a950 and it freezes up all the time and the speakers only work when they want to, i want to know if i can take it back and get like a different phone either the 8100 or 8300 or somethin like that

How long have you had the phone? Within 14 days, you should be able to exchange it so long as you've not sent in the rebate. outside 2 weeks, if it's been less than 2 years (maybe only 1, might depend on your contract) since your last upgrade you're SOL.

not necesarily screwed..take it to a verizon direct close to you and the phone has a 1 yr manufacturer warranty and they can replace it but with same one...however if you have too many problems they usually give you a similar phone with similar features...
