BEDMINSTER, NJ -- For the third straight year, Verizon Wireless has come out on
top in the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey, the company
announced today.

Verizon Wireless scored significantly above the industry average in the
independent survey and no other carrier scored higher.

this means nothing to me, its about as reliable as Anx internal emails. people need to pick the carrier based on what works best for them, then just watch the tides. verizon needs to wake up their content for vcast is a joke compared to Power Vision this is not even debatable just a solid fact. verizon has the old ppl niche yes, but they act as if the others carriers are standing still. the next few years should be very interesting. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
