Using smoke signal

Needless to say this whole wiretapping issue is a sensitive one. I personally have nothing to hide and would like to live in a safe environment.

However, tapping phones is not the way to solve the question of national security. I mean seriously what is next? sending everyone to labor camps like the Soviets did? This government has too much money to spend on stupid things. For instance, wiretapping. How about spending money on busting drug rings, catching child molesters, alternative fuel or the basic well being of Americans?

Enough said, I shall get on top of my roof and send smoke signals to my buddies about the party this weekend. 😈

Well, government supported wiretapping led to the downfall of a lot of mobs in NYC back in the day. I don't support it at all, but there is empirical evidence that it works.

that was warranted, though (i.e. there was a warrant involved).....that is still legal. These phone records were obtained en masse without any warrants.
