remember me- worst luck ever

I thought my bad phone days were over, but then the speaker on my 8100 started fluctuating like crazy. I went to the store with a ten day old phone and they told me that they can't help me anymore. I don't get it. Every problem I have had was duplicated by a tech and I never got upset or impatient with an employee. My history shows that for the last three years I had the same phone with no problems. I need some advice on how to discuss this with cs or possible termination with no fee. Thanks

id say all you need to do is say this:

because that is BS. you have a warranty on it and as long as its not water damaged or abused it should be replaced

LOL that is how I feel. I was put on hold while calling the store and the hold message said your problem is our problem and we will fix it the first time you call or something like that. I started cracking up. I'm pissed. No water damage to any phone, I am either going to call them up and go off on them samuel jackson style or smoke a 4:20 fatty. hope you guys can atleast get a laugh out of this but if you can help, please do.

we are willing to help, but what is the real deal guy? you paid full retail for a phone and its only ten days old and they wont replace it, we all BS on that..if this is not the case you need to refresh are memories. Give details guy

I first bought razor, first one locked up all the time, exchanged it for another the next day-this one the kept dropping calls and the time kept messing up. The ver. guy told me to get an E815 so I did and the phone would not charge-brought it back the same day took another one (last one they had in store) and it was doa. and they talked me into buying the 970. the 970 was great at first but started getting extremely hot- brought it to tech and he said no it is definately not supposed to be that hot. Switched it out and 5 days later the screen backlight would not work for main screen. The tech told me to get an 8100 He said that is what he used and it is the best. First one bluetooth would not work. got this one and everything was great...

OK, i follow so what is the problem go the store its under a one year manufacture warranty and get a fru unit. Are you telling us they flat out said NO to you?

go in and talk to a person that knows something....dont let them keep switching phones on you ...stick with one and you will get one that works ...or just send your phone to lg and have them fix it since its under warranty

I remember your first post, and I beleive that me and many others told you to get the motorola v325. Geez guy listen, we aren't typing to help our carpal tunnel LOL. Drop all those high tech phones, they are toys. If you want a PHONE that works, and I re iterate PHONE that works, get the moto v325!

Ppl who want a PHONE that works and not a super toy thats only Digital, do want a "no thrill" 325. Just cuz you masturebate with your phone more than make calls on it, does not mean everyone does. Hell you have enuff problems choosing your carrier let a lone a phone. 🤣

you got me i masturbate im so embarrassed 🙄 anywho my RAZR with the alltel flash with working obex blows the 325 away. you and gunny act like the 325 is the best thing sine sliced bread. ok we get it you like the phone but its certainly not the only good verizon phone.

yes that is what they said, and I bought it at the verizon store.I called my original saleslady instead of the tech and that is what she said.

this does not make any sense guy it really doesn't. if its only ten days old the phone has a one year warranty and verizon must replace it. go down to the store and dont take NO for answer. i cant help to feel we are missing a piece of the puzzle here

Did you pay for this with a credit card?
If so,
Contact your credit card company and explain that it's a defective piece of merchandise and the vendor refuses to exchange it. They may dispute and reverse the charge.

When was your original purxhase date? Our worry free guantee is 15 days from the Purchase date of the original phone. You saie 10 day old 8100 so add the 5 days you had the razor and the other phones and that is prolly why they arnt swaping it out for a different phone. That being said if the phone is less than 30 days old you should be able to swap it out for a Non-Fru 8100 IF technical says there's a issue with it. I suggest takeing your phone to another communications store Or a corporate kiosk. It will prolly save you a ton of aggrevation as they have no prior history with you. Also I don't suggest you do a stop payment on merchadise you have for two reasons. 1) verizon will prolly just take a equipment charge onto your bill for un...
