I thought my bad phone days were over, but then the speaker on my 8100 started fluctuating like crazy. I went to the store with a ten day old phone and they told me that they can't help me anymore
because that is BS. you have a warranty on it and as long as its not water damaged or abused it should be replaced

this does not make any sense guy it really doesn't. if its only ten days old the phone has a one year warranty and verizon must replace it. go down to the store and dont take NO for answer. i cant help to feel we are missing a piece of the puzzle here

If so,
Contact your credit card company and explain that it's a defective piece of merchandise and the vendor refuses to exchange it. They may dispute and reverse the charge.
