Sexy, great features. Too bad Verizon will poison it with it's crappy UI and cripple bluetooth. No thanks, I'll wait til it gets on Sprint.

My sister-in-law has a saying "Same turkey, different bread" In other words, we know you that the UI and Bluetooth profile aint to your liking. Do the VZ detractors have to bring it up in every thread.

What I am hearing this phone will be one of the ones you can flash a different UI right from Verizons website the lg vx 8300 should be the first.

😕 say what 😕 I thought the new UI will just only consist of a few new skins to choose from, and default red bars. What is this flash from the verizon website about?

Verizon today announced it will include Adobe Flash technology in future handsets. Flash will be used as a platform to deliver applications, online content and also interface customization. Japanese carriers use Flash in a similar manner - providing online content, applications and home screen customization. The most recent version of Flash can even be used to customize the entire interface of the phone, not just the main menu. Verizon has not announced the extent to which it will use Flash in the new handsets nor when those handsets will launch.
