😕 Confused- Let me start of by thanking all of you for the wonderful threads I have been reading on this site , they have been very helpful while I have been researching phones. I recently joined with verizon and picked a family plan to help out all of my siblings that are still in college (4). The first phone I picked for myself was a razor. The first day I had it it froze three times and I brought it back for another one. The next one I got dropped every call I received but I could make outgoing calls. The third one locked up every time I went on to vcast. I brought it back and got an e815 as per the manager "best most reliable phone we have" The first night I had it I went to charge it and it would not charge, I brought it back and they ...

my honest suggestion would be to get a Motorola v325. I have sold OUT of this phone everyu week since it came out, and I am talking 15+ phones a week, and I don't evn work for Verizon Direct. I have yet to have one complaint, yet one returned. If you ask aroudn on this sight, everyone who has them absolutely loves them, and you can also read the reviews for yourself. Wat I think it is is all the phones you mentioned are more "toys" than phones. They got so much sh*t packed into that lil frame that their is an infinite amount of possibilites for sh*t to go wrong with them. If you want a good reliable PHONE that you will love, trust me man, go back, and get yourslef a motorola v325, I think many on here will agree. Your welcome man, and ...

wow, you must just have some crappy luck, some of those are top notch reliable models. The 815, 8100 are two of my most reliable phones. I get very few complaints or returns on either of these. Are you dealing with a verizon store directly or is it some agent. Wondering if their phones all got wet or are refurbed or something, never heard so many problems with one custoemr with that many different phones and models.

I would still say bad luck. I have had zero returns on the E815. I have also sold this phone to many people that couldn't get cellular service at their place of residence with any other phone. If you had two bad E815's you have had two more bad phones then I have had with the 100+ of those phones I have sold. Not saying you didn't experience these problems, but just telling you my experience. The RAZR? I have had numerous issues with this phone. The V325 I have had a couple with charging issues and a couple that the screen went out on. I am returning one today DOA that is completely dead. I didn't even load the ESN on to an account. The thing was just dead...dead...dead. But then again, according to most people on here the V325 is...
