2)Will VZW have a BOGO RAZR sale that includes the Pink one?
3) When might we see the RAZR V3m that seems to have a few of the features that make the E815 attractive?

No, new MOTO phones that are coming to Verizon Wireless this year include the Q and the RAZR v3m
2)Will VZW have a BOGO RAZR sale that includes the Pink one?
No, The pink razr was a one time deal it will not be coming back.

Probably around July or later.
