This must have changed since I was with Vz (ssshh! don't tell anyone, It's embarrasing!) Anyway, I remember struggling with that damned T720 for months and months. They wouldnt let me upgrade until I had finished 22 of my 24 months. My phone broke at the hinge 2 weeks before before I was "eligible" 2 WEEKS!!! And they still wouldn't let me upgrade.
I said F*** U. and for the last 3 motnhs with Vz I had NO PHONE. Once that contract was up. I switched that line (which I use as my landline) to TMobile. I couldnt be happier.
Never looked back. Vzw = Horror! (in my book)

Yes, there is something wrong with that. This is a forum to talk about VZW products and services - not for trolls or employees of other carriers to come in here and try to persuade us into believing their crappy carrier is better than VZW. That's BS. VZW's performance speaks for itself. VZW doesn't need trolls. If he wants to whack off to Cingular, so be it - just do it in their forum.

What's hilarious is that over in the Cingular forum, there's a guy who said "hey, I was thinking about moving to orange and then I saw how you guys are jerks so I'm not" and like 5 people called him a troll. So sensitive! And yet, they've got no problems sending "ambassadors" over to the Verizon room.

It's just silly. Anxiovert, do you really think you get any subscribers to orange by spreading quickly-debunked untruths and saying "WE R BETAR LOLOLOL" over and over again?
