$499 on a two year and $619 full retail.

More than likely it will change before launch but that's what in the system now.

Dey can't really sell it for that. it'd go over like a lead balloon.

$299 with a 2-yr tops is what they can ask for that thang, and they know it. Stopped bein the bling phone a little while back, least where I'm from.

Does November 17th sounds feasible, roc? You hearing anything about problems with the V3c that might lead to possible delays, or does everything seem on track for a holiday release?

I think its quite probable that you see the phone around that time frame.< Roc

Getting very close for those interested 🙂

You get the feeling Verizon will probably milk this phone for all it can. Since the anticipation for this phone has been so great. $499 is probably not that far off.

There's just no way. Anyone company with any sense could see in advance that the phone won't move at that price.

They're gonna look over at Cingular and go "Well its $199 for the RAZR with a 2 yr over there, but a lot of people have been waitin to try the RAZR with our (supposedly better) network, so we might be able to milk it for $299 with a 2 yr, at least up 'til Christmas."

They gonna milk it, but not so hard that the cow up and dies on 'em.

Actually, until Cingular picks up a 3G Razr variant, the V3c will always have one big feature above its cousins: EV-DO. The RAZR2 might very well not even have EDGE care of Moto's problems with their EDGE-capable chipset, so Verizon's Razr is going to be the high-speed Razr in America 🙂

🤣 Now that's the best one I have seen so far! Mid to late Nov is accurate, but $499 is a good $150/200 off! When we release it, it will not be $499! The 650, 6600, or any of the RIM's were not even released that high! The 970 just popped and its only 299.99! The razr is such a candy phone, I honestly cant get over the amount of drama waiting its release.
