Both work about the same. Wireless Sync has push - meaning you can set it up so that whenever you get an email in your inbox, it pushes that email to your phone as well.
Personally, I use Versa mail. I just find it to be an easier, friendlier application. Even though it doesn't push the email, I find it just as easy to manually check it a few times a day. I also have 2 different email accounts that I check using Versa Mail. It doesn't combine them together, rather you can switch between the two and keep them separate. I find it a lot easier that way.
