I agree it is kinda early they do have an after hours support. the Former attws side of cingular is still the same they are open almost 24/7
I don't think outsource centers work after 11pm because from what I heard, they don't get very good training and they are limited in their capabilities (can't do disconnects, equipment orders, etc.), so I don't think they'd be given access to systems used for emergency tech support troubleshooting .
