Verizon Blackmail or Extortion?
I have had Verizon w/ Unlimited Data for years, they have refused the upgrades they offered to other users and now they are telling me I have to pay $20.00 more per line (2 lines) to keep my existing contract with unlimited data.
This apparently takes effect 1-1-2016.
Is this legal?

I think they have the right to raise their prices. If you don't like it I suppose you can look elsewhere.

And you may have unlimited data but if you have an upgrade available you are most likely out of contract
...
