Great Customer Service from tech support today!

Had a problem logging into the Mobile Web even though the phone showed 1X EV on the display. I got through level 1 support and the tech told me she needed to transfer me to Data Support. I mentioned that I tried to reach them earlier but the wait was too long and I had to hang up. The tech then asked if she could call me back when she got data support on the line. Five minutes later she called me back and transferred me to data support. He did a bunch of stuff and now everything works like it should again.

Definetly very pleased about the way they called me back instead of having to wait on the phone to talk to someone.

as a cingular rep, that's one of the reason we're lagging in that dept

The best part about doing this as a rep is that usually the customer will like this process AND it saves on hold time and AHT. Works out good for everyone.

😁 Verizon's customer service is the biggest reason I have stayed with them for so many years. Always very helpful and they go out of their way to make sure any issue is resolved with the first call.

I've never had a problem with VZW customer service. I work in BCS for Cingular Blue, and VZW's "standard customer care reps" are something to brag about. I often compare them to my dept. because of the level of professionalism the provide. I may rarely have to call CC but its always a delight when I do.
