What is the best way to give feedback to Verizon?

I have some input for Verizon and I am not sure of the best way to give it to them. When I call customer care, they tell me to write out a letter, but they don't have a valid address for someone.

Is there a way that I can contribute feedback about the phones, coverage, customer service, etc... directly to some department in Verizon who appreciates cutomer suggestions?

Some of you Verizon gurus out there, please let me know.

That will end up just taking you to the VerizonWireless.com homepage. You have to click on Support in the top right, then Contact Us, then make a selection in the drop down box.

Build a website.

Pay a newspaper for a classified ad.

Visit web sites with forums similar to this one and share your thoughts.

Start a blog.

yeah verizon definatly monitors this stuff and a couple of other forums for the info on the other guys ect.

talk to your senator if its a complaint....they seem to have a knack for listening to peoples complaints and making a big deal about it. If its a compliment, then just go to the store and ask for the regional managers email or something.
