Motorola did not cancel the Bionic. Motorola Cancelled the Etna which Verizon planned on branding Bionic. Motorola is now focusing on the Targa which is rumored that Verizon will brand it as Boinic instead.

It's been 4 months since CES. That's quite a while w/o being aware of an issue.

So the phone which Verizon planned to call the Bionic (which for all intents and purpose WAS the Bionic) gets canceled and you play this denial game? If Verizon planned to call it the Bionic then yeah, the Bionic was canceled?

I'm not sure if you meant to respond to me or someone else.

Anyway… some people seem to think a smartphone that Motorola calls the Targa will become the Bionic.

I just think it's strange that Motorola didn't know about any problems !!4!! Months ago during CES.

I wanted to share this article with you. It's one of those articles that reminisces on technology of yesteryear and technology of now. The author is very poetic, and well written. And is about 10yrs older than myself.

It's a rather lenghty article, so be sure to read it when you have some time to spare. These are always neat articles to read though.

If you embrace change, it embraces you back. If you shun change, angry with abandonment issues, it will surely move o...
