I currently have the 2000 min plan. Would the next plan up be the unlimited voice? Does the unlimited voice also include unlimited data & text? Is there a plan that does for a family plan?

The next voice plan up would be unlimited.

Unlimited voice can be done as a Talk & Text plan, getting you unlimited text as well. Data is still extra.

There is an unlimited talk and text plan for family share. I usually find it prudent to weigh having the line using all the minutes on it's own unlimited single line and leaving the other lines on an appropriate family share plan versus doing all the lines as unlimited share.

That's because the 2000 minute talk and text family share starts at $129.99 for the first two lines, and each additional line is $9.99.

The unlimited talk and text share plan starts at $149.99 for the first two lines, and each additional line is $49.99.

So if you have five lines on the 2000 minute plan wi...

Sign up all users for Google Voice and add each users GV number to Friends and Family sharing 1400 minutes and only give out the GV numbers. You will also want incoming calls to display the GV number rather than the number calling.

Thank you. I can't move anyone to thier own plan now. MIL is on social security. And my daughter graduates high school with her 2 yr degree, then moves on to college for RN. So I'm paying for everyone.

I'll just monitor everyone's usage. I just know the next couple of months are going to be difficult. To many sick family members. So were using more minute than typical. I

I don't know whether this is an option where epik works but I frequently see an alternative option appear with the nationwide select plans. 139.99 for 2100 mins unl texts. 179.99 for 3000 min unl texts. Since every additional line is 9.99 it comes out to be a savings if you have more than 1 additional line.

Those are outdated plans. I'm not sure if you can sweet talk CS or COOS to put you on one of those plans anymore.

Psh, I don't even need to be sweet talked. Unfortunately I am not at my computer with access to the verizon intranet, but since it doesn't require any additional work I've never bothered to check policy on them. I've never proactively offered them unless someone was already in that family, say with a 4000 and moving down to the 3000.

let me axe you a question then.

Do you have access to the secondary premium, connect select and basic plans?

let me put up a hypothetical situation to better describe my question. (don't remember the exact plan names for all the lines.)

4 line family share account. Primary and three other lines are Connect, fourth line is a select. third and fourth line are eligible for upgrade and want droids. the fourth line doesnt need any changing, but the third line needs to be changed from family share secondary connect to family share connect secondary select plan. I cannot do this change in eRoes and COOS has told me that they can no longer help with that change and instead i have to change the ENTIRE plan to a new nationwide talk/ta...

Ill have to get back to you on that. I haven't seen the premier connect in forever. I think we may be able to get at it with inactive pricing requests..

I'm almost positive we can do this, I did just a couple months ago. You can even still add lines as secondary connect or premium or whatever. You just have to use the view all plans option. The primary line versions of those plans are the only thing we can't do.
