I'm a former VZW employee and have been out of the game for 2 years now. The tech has advanced and I don't have the knowledge base I used to. I need some help.
I need a basic camera flip phone that can handle VZNav that has decent battery life. I'm a simple guy with simple needs. I currently have a Nokia Dark Knight phone if that helps with the kind of phone I am looking for.
My wife is looking for a phone preferably with a QWERTY keyboard. She currently has an ENV2. She doesn't need a touch screen or internet or anything else except for a QWERTY keyboard and ability to use VZNAV.
Any suggestions?????

For you, check out the LG Clout (VX8360) It's an indirect exclusive, so you won't find it at verizon.com, or in a corp store, but it's a really sweet phone. IMO, if you want a flip phone, it's by far the best option.
For your wife, have her look at the LG Octane (think EnV 4) No data requirement. Beyond that the Cosmos and the Intensity arn't bad, but they're a step down from the Env2

I'll second that... the Clout is sweet for a flip phone
