Help with personal E-mail on the Incredible
I have been having some issues getting my e-mail to work, I run my own business so this is a personal e-mail account, not hotmail or aol, I called verizon twice so far and they have had me remove the account and add it back on, the e-mail works for a day then all the sudden it stops getting new mail and will only work again if I remove the account and add it back on, I still get new e-mails on my computer to the e-mail but not on the phone, I can also still send e-mails from the phone just fine. I'm really confused as to how to get this to work and not stop after a day. Any help would be amazing!!!

What kind of personal email account? Just POP3 or IMAP? From my experience with PDA's those type of accounts are very hard to make work properly and they way you'll want them to work. It also takes a lot of battery for your phone to constantly be checking for new mail on those services.
Your best bet for any PDA is really something integrated like an Exchange email or GMail.

I had more luck with taking my personal email through gmail. I seem to get notifications faster because it seems to get gmail faster than the POP account I had before.

I fixed a customers problem with this by going into the email account settings and setting it to delete from server every time you delete an email. Especially with a yahoo account..
