can I really learn to love the software keyboard if I text???
I am able to type pretty fast without looking, and I like to text people without looking too much. Has anyone gotten used to the android software keyboard who likes to text frequently and without spending too much staring at the keyboard?? Seems the Ally has the "right" keyboard, but the Incredible has the "right" everything else.... Suggestions please??? 😳

Having an iPhone it never gets to where you can text without looking at the screen unless you get a voice to text program, which I now have, Dragon dictation for free!

Yes, you can get used to it. It just takes practice. Give it sometime and it wont be a problem.

Here is the best response you will get. HTC Incredible is an amazing phone, and it has speech to text built in with android 2.1, so feel free to text just by speaking. It is fast and easy. If this option does not suit your needs, I would reccomend the LG Ally. It will run 2.1 as well but give you the option for full keyboard. I'll also say this, the incredible will not be available until early June, ally will be out before that and cost less. The Ally is going to be a GREAT phone for the price. Here is another important thought, Ally has a 4 row QWERTY keyboard, it is still not easy to text without looking, thats what T9 is for....
