Were not traded publicly, because we are one of the few wireless co to turn an actual profit. we dont need to go public because we dont need the money. sell all your verizon stock for all we care, its got nothing to do with your wireless service. 🤣

I have not followed all the posts from Kingfrog but rather only these few here. I see no problem with someone providing financial/stock perspective on a provider. There certainly is a role for that information for the same reasons we contemplate mergers and acquisitions of providers.

What soapbox am I on? It just strikes me as strange when someone with (as you claim) no interest or connection with the wireless industry spends so much time ripping on a company in that industry. Dude, the saying that the customer is always right is foolhardy. The correct saying in my opinion should be the customer is not always right but they are still the customer. We work too hard to get these customers to get a jaded attitude towards them. Overall our customers are reasonable people who just want to feel good about what they own.
They have a very limited understanding of our product and so they are easily fooled by competitors' ads, friends with the same carrier and so on. I think that we in sales can do you in customer service a favor by educating our customers in such things as handset pricing, when they are eligible for an upgrade and so on. What do you care? You don't have Verizon service nor do you work for them...trading and stocks makes no difference if there is service or not. There are cities where Cingular doesn't work either....think ab...

Verizon is on the Extended network in OKC, not sure if it is Sprints network or if it is Alltel but my phone did work in that Armpit(OKC)
