Blackberry Paperweight commercial woke me up...

Ok, so I've been with ATT for 5 years now, and over the years have become somewhat of a cell phone geek-always wanting the newest gadgets. This is one of the reasons I stayed with ATT because they always seemed to have the best new phones. For the past few years I've become a crackberry lover, of course, dishing out up to $400 for the newest and greatest. However, when I'm at work-8 hours a day, 5 days a week, my phone has been useless on ATT's network. Then came Verizon's paperweight commercial, and I realized that was me! And what was the point of me spending all this money on a phone with amazing possibilities if I could only use them at home or outside of work??
So I finally made the switch to Verizon, and spent the day marveli...

It was awesome reading this! You should send it to Verizon at the corporate level.

Awesome to hear and it's 100% true and the way it is. I wish all the AT&T fanboys would see it for what it is. I'll admit I have an iPhone but I love Verizon and will never leave. Nobody else can even come close to the service.

Yea, my husband has an iPhone as well, and refuses to give it up so he is still with ATT, but I get the pleasure of rubbing it in that I have a phone that ACTUALLY works as a phone! I sent him an email yesterday telling him that I would send him a text message, but he wouldn't get it until 5pm when he got off anyways! lol. 😛

Using a smart phone on the ATT network is like driving a Farrari on a dirt road.

Please tell me this phone is worth getting. I am thinking of making the jump back in the blackberry ring. I had a curve a few years ago and returned it for the Voyager...Now I hear nothing but great things from people on here but would like to get a review on this phone from someone that actually uses it.

I love this phone. I played with the first Storm when it came out, and there was just to many bugs in it. For me, its a very happy medium, because although I like the touchscreen phones, I hated the tap sensitivity. I love the fact that it feels like you're pushing real buttons. I have only had mine a couple days and am coming from the bold which was a fabulous phone. The battery life is definitely better than my bold was. It seems that they've worked out all the kinks as well. I've experienced no laggin between applications, and once you get used to the keyboard, which didn't take me long, its smooth sailing. I think this phone is phenomenal and I'm definitely in love with it. I think you should go for it. You won't be disappointe...
