hmmm well someone has to do it..don't wanna rain on your parade but some people have reported krappy call quality, trackball issues. And for some the battery door is loose..I got mine the day it came out, i've had a few complaints about how i sound on the other end, other than that everything else is fine on mine. Im about to take my first international trip since getting it so im interested in seeing how that works out. Everything aside i personally really like my phone even with the occasional complaint of call quality.

I am about toured out this is my 4th phone and the other 3 had really bad call quality ! I say this is my last one and if it doesn't work right I may look at getting my money back! I hate to do that but when call quailty sucks this bad I rather have the cheapest phone with good call quality than some over priced phone where the mic sucks

If you take it back, look at the Omnia or HTC ozone.

i am not happy with samsung phones they just don't do it for me in rurial areas!

you will love the tour I like mine had it since day 1 and no problems. I had the curve and like this so much better. It is faster and the black jack game is nice to play. App world is on the phone and I have only downloaded poynt on it and that is ok. Get a nice silicone case and a screen protector also.
