Ok, so he goes to the home of the CEO of a landline phone company to complain about cell phone records....what a genius. Will he also go to Randall Stephenson's home regarding AT&T cell phone records?

And to Beach: you're still here? I'd have thought AT&T would've made you at least a junior VP by now. With all the work you do for them, I think you've been cheated.

It's still really funny. 🤣
Because it totally contradicts some of Ivan's resume. 😕

In 2007, President George W. Bush named Seidenberg to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee, which advises the president on communications issues related to national security, emergency preparedness and the protection of critical infrastructure.

SO... go to a landline guy to complain about cellphone records.. makes perfect sense. Great "tracking down" there guy 🙄

Though it would be nice if customers wouldn't flip out when I refuse to give them information about their account because they can't remember a password (and thus can't get in).

People want "better security" but I have at least 10 customers a week who want me to bend current security laws because they find them inconvenient.

You can't have it both ways.
