email help for a blackberry
i recently bought a blackberry storm from a friend. i am trying to set up my email. it keeps telling me there is already an account set up for this phone. can anyone help me with this? i am trying to set up my email to the phone

It means that your friend still has an active verizon BIS account that is linked to the PIN of your phone. This happenend to me once. Basically your buddy needs to call into verizon, speak with tech support and have them delete his BIS account immediately. That should do it.
