cant trust vzw

ok ive been with verizon like a year now..a few months ago i called the 1800 to see when i could upgrade and i was told feb 15 and i went into the store yesterday and made sure he guy called verizon and told me i could upgrade today..so i went to the corporate store and well guess what they told me i couldnt upgrade til august when i went to the 80 bucks a month plan..and i was like one of your workers in the store and a guy at the mall and 2 other verizon agent at the call center told me it was today! 👿 so like after tellin me in a v.i.p or whatever and after 4 people tell me it would be feb 15 all the sudden i half to wait til august?!

and ive been waiting for 3 months at least for feb 15!im kinda peeved that the manager there d...

go online and see what it says.

Or go back and order online or back to that people that said you could up-grade.

If you knew when you signed up, and what the upgrade policy was you would not be in this predicament. That's the problem with people. I know what month, day, and year I signed a contract, and I sure as hell know when I'm upgrade eligible.

Call customer srv and have them check for you again if you are elig to upgrd, and if they tell you are elig to upgrd then process the upgraded order through the cust serv rep. We in Cust Serv can process upgrade orders. I am surprised they didnt offer

I don't think southern bee is giving the whole story. When did you start your contract? Is it a primary line on a familyshare plan? Is it a single line? They need to fill in the blank.
