Would you mind elaborating a little? What problems were you having and how are they better now? I'm seriously thinking of getting the Krave in 2 months and I want to be informed. Some of the reviews aren't exactly singing its praises. Thanks.

well it depends what you do a lot of. I dont text a whole lot, but if I did I would not recommend the Krave. Its call quality is outstanding. If you check out howardforums they actaully have it tested as the best phone ever offered as far as strictly call quality and reception go. higher then the v9 and old 815 however texting can be a major pain in the a**. there used to be several problems were if you go to type one letter another one would come up, i think the calibration was just off , that has been fixed with the new update, however if you are a texter there is no substitute for a real keyboard. for me it is perfect, i can use it in my basement and talk perfectly fine, my adventure gets zero siganl at all there and my bbcurve that ...

I'm glad to hear that they have improved things somewhat. I don't text at all right now but I probably will when I switch to VZW and get this phone. I don't plan to be a "Power Texter" and good voice quality is my top priority. I'm hoping I can manage with the Krave's virtual QWERTY keyboard (without going insane) for my occasional text. After looking closely at every phone Verizon offers, this phone seems to be the best fit for my wants/needs. I don't want a Data or BB plan.
