Yes about the Smartphone magazine. I am a subscriber and I received the letter about 7 weeks ago that they were closing up shop due to tough times and low readership and advertising.
Personally I dont think thats any indication the WinMobile platform will disolve. Winmobile is just not in the "now - Momentum" anymore for the iPhone stole the spotlight. So most average consumers love to read about the iPhone. Because of my collection of 3rd party apps, I want to stay with Win Mobile phones, but the YouTube and 2.5 ear phone jack on this phone may cause me to move to the Storm (plus its pretty cool).
There are of course no reviews yet on Phonescoop for the Storm vs the Saga, but does anyone know how they will compare on processor power?
Currently my main uses are the phone, Web, Chat, and occasionally as a modem.
I am sorry to see that the Smartphone & Pocket PC journal is ceasing publication...
