I bought one and almost took it back, but now I love it. If you just want to pick up a phone and dial numbers though, forget about it.
This is Motorola's first entry into the touch world, at least for Verizon. The current release has f/w issues too, like no speed dial, and you must tap the screen about 7 times or scroll through long lists to get to your contact.
If you are technically savvy, you might like it with the TV, Visual Voicemail and awesome multimedia capability.
It took me 2 weeks to learn the phone. The documentation is very poor also.
Wait for the next revision if you really want a touch flip p...
