Guesstimate Storm release date
Did anyone else see the sign-up for the touch & feel preview for the Storm? It ranges from 10/28 to 11/20. I just signed up through the links on blackberrynews.com So I would bank on an 11/24 release. So if there's anyone in the Detroit area, I'll see you at Motor City Casino, Amnesia "Makin' it Rain like Pac-man Jones..." Just kiddin' 😁 Hope this helps nail down the most realistic date.

Your logic is flawed. Why would VZW hold "PREVIEW" events from 10/28-11/20 if it is coming out earlier? Keyword is "PREVIEW".

Oh. Well I did sign up & got a confirmation as well. My confirmation email also linked me to VZW Business solutions too. Seemed pretty legit to me, I'll call the casino to check. Thanks for the heads up.

By all the info I received from the casino, the club is being reserved for the time frame of the preview party. Although they could not tell me what company it's reserved for ,the time frame tells me it's the storm event.

I received a call yesterday regarding the storm event. Yes indeed, it is real. Amnesia@Motor City Casino confirmed a VZW Event on 11/6 5-7. Can't wait. Now my only question would be... Would VZW hold these events even IF the phone was already launched? Does anyone think they picked these markets because they are weak, compared to the west/east coast markets? In any case, I'll be getting one regardless.
