Alltel and VZW Agents, What is in it for us Alltel Agents Merging In?

What is in it for us Alltel Agents Merging Into Verizon, When this happens?
Or, What is in it for VZW? What will they take from Alltel and Implement into VZW?
Although, somethings may be speculation, hopefuly you have good sources and news to help us all. I think that this transition will be great for all of us.
Saying we don't get forced by FCC into buyout from another carrier so we don't create a Monopoly.

not to rock the boat being built, but one thing is alltell will TRULY have nation-wide coverage and service. that's a huge plus.
my two cents? My Circle is going away; as well as any extended nights alltell had. I do think that those currently on those plans will be grandfathered in, but when their phones break, they will be forced, just as AT&T custies were back in the day, over to Big Red's side of the coin.
as a VZW indirect employee, I'm not sure what you mean by "in it" for alltell agents; commission discussions are proprietary, and will be told to agents when they make the move. we are the step-child of BIg Red, and they do hate that we can do mostly what they can, but it's a competitive relationship. ...Will be known when everything is finalized. No one knows what will happen to who, where, when, why and how at this time. Wait until the acquisition is complete and then, and only then, will you have a definitive answer. Until then...all you get is speculation and half-assed guessing.

Word around the campfire is that they will shut down corporate alltel stores that are in any unacceptable vacinity of vzw corporate stores. word is also that indirects in our area will all be shut down, unless there is a poor vzw indirect, which would be replaced by an alltel indirect. of course, as stated this is all speculation and until everything is signed and action is taken, no one will really know.
