Stupid Newbie Question
Does anyone know of a forum/message board type thing that's targeted at VZW call center reps? Basically I want to know if there's somewhere we can go and not bore the bejeezus out of the "civilians" with our rep-speak. Thanks and apologies in advance for any leads and a terrible thread, in that order.
