Blackberry curve serious question!
so I am in my 30 day period and my phone seems to be having trouble instead of going and getting it fixed I would rather return it and buy a brand new curve since im in my 30 days! is this possible to do in the same day or what! thank you?

You can swap out any phone for either a brand new one of the same type of a brand new one of another type, paying the difference in price between the two in the latter case. You should organize the exchange in the same manner in which you purchased the original.
For instance, if you purchased the phone online or over the phone with a rep, then you should call 800-922-0204 (or *611 on your handset) to organize the exchange. You'll get the new phone in the mail, activate it, then send back the defective one. If you purchased the original in a store, then return it to that same store and get the Curce there.

ok sounds good i went this morning and returned the curve and then activated my old phone and then tomorrow im going to go and get the curve...im afraid they will ask like why did you return and then decide to rebuy it today...i guess i can just say i missed it and realized i like the curve and want it!

You really shouldn't have had to do that. Any phone that is under 30 days old is replaced with a new one and not a FRU.

shooot i wish i knew that! but yesterday i already returned the device so today am i able to go buy a new curve or will they be annoying since its only been one day? hey i look at it this way they are making money!

they are mailing me a check bc i paid cash for the phone so how long does it take for verizon to send the check to me? i never had that done before?

Why didn't you have them just exchange it. my curve had an issue. I called customer service and they told me to take it to the corperate store in my area for a new one. That simple. You will be waiting about 8 weeks for your money maybe sooner if you are lucky.
