Yahoo email push
For anyone that has any experience with yahoo push email;
Currently I have a blackberry pearl and use the push feature to get all my email forwarded to my blackberry and it has worked VERY well. Unfortunately I don't care for the pearl much and ordered the HTC Touch the other day. My question is; is it possible to have any type of yahoo push email on wm6? I know there is yahoo 2 go but is there anything that resembles what I have with my blackberry where I get my emails almost instantly?

You have to have vzsync and a program on your computer that is always on and logged on to make it work. Mostly this is only done by companies and work groups.

Actually I received my touch today and you can configure mobile outlook to push email from the imap server off of yahoo. You go into messaging and click "add a new email account". Type in your email address, and your password and it automatically configures your email and you can have your email checked every 5 minutes and pushed right to your messages. Just as good as my blackberry I was using. I'm satisfied with windows mobile 6! 🙂
