Ok, Even though I Work for T-Mobile and have T-Mobile service, I previously did have VZW and was quite happy. Sure I hit some bumps but they were handeled very professionally, and timely. WHAT is up with everyone wanting to sue or yesll our "fraud, fraud"? Is it illegal all the sudden for a successful company to continue making money, and doing it the same way they have been for a long time? What gives?

I think there's two possible answers here:

1. This is simply a facet of today's "I should get everything for free" attitude among America's buying public. In terms of the VZW/BT/V710 'fraud', if the folks alleging 'fraud' had bothered to read the T&Cs or do their due diligence investiga...
