Lets hear your "Idiot Customer service Rep" Of the day
Let me tell you how stupid some of the Customer Service reps are. I called in one day to get my plan for my BB switched over to the Unlimted email and Data plan for $29.99 the rep told me there was no such thing. I told her there was and she wanted to argue with me that was a surprise. So goes on and says there is only 10meg at 24.99 and unlimted at 44.99 then she tells me that she will prove it calls tech support and a guy comes on and tells me the same what a bunch of dumb A**es. I told her I would call her back when I had black an white prrof. So I searched your own web site for god...

I got a call from a FAC (fully authorized contact) wanting me to change the account address b/c the previous rep refused to. I start the change and the previous rep (a 2 year veteran) comes over telling me I can't do that b/c FAC is not allowed to change the address. I explain that FAC can indeed change the address and continue the order. Then the rep goes to a supervisor to report my actions and then the sup (a 5 year veteran) tries to tell me that an FAC cannot change an address. I finish the order, apologize to the caller for the interruptions, and show the other rep and the sup the FAC policy that states nothing about an FAC not being able to change the address.
