Hmm.. well, I know Sprint has some plans where you pay $5 more and the nights start at 7pm, but far as I know Verizon has no plans to start anything like this, which is a bummer.

However, since you live in the SF Bay Area (as I do), I'd definitely recommend going with Verizon... they seem to be quite a bit better in the Bay Area than anyone else around here. I know friends/co-workers/family in the Bay Area who are on T-Mobile, Virgin/Sprint, ATTW, Cingular, Nextel, i.e. nearly EV...
