I find it hard to believe you didn't ask this question during the interview. Did you bother to ask about health ins, vacation, personal/sick time, what hours you work, WHERE you'll be working, and, oh yeah, how much you're making? Then again you don't know how or when to use "there" and "their". Looks like another troll boy in the forum.

To get the correct information based on your region, you should call your particular regions employee accounts team. As a member of the EA team, I deal with new employees who were given wrong information by either their fellow co-workers, trainers, managers etc. although their intentions are well meaning, it just may not be that current. The policies & procedures always change. All the information needed including the department's phone number is location with the M&P for the employee phone program.
